ENCOURAGING THE PUPILS TO BEHAVE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE ROOM
by:MRS. AMELITA M. JOAQUIN/ Researcher
Introduction:
Webster defines behavior as a manner of one’s conduct. It is a manner of action in the presence of others. Sad to say that the biggest problem I ever had as a teacher is the declining values of my pupils. From year to year’s experienced I had observed that misbehavior among my pupils becomes rampant. I’m afraid I am not molding the future of my of my country rather I am producing problem to my nation if I will not act now and do some action.
With this situation, I need to do something before the situation becomes worst. That’s why this study comes into realization.
I. Statement of the Problem:
Most of my pupils specially the older ones started the undisciplinary action inside and outside the room. Throwing ball of paper with their classmates, or even bullying the younger ones by keeping or getting their things without informing them.
II. Objectives:
1. Encourage the pupils to behave inside and outside the room.
2. Lessen if not totally eradicate the improper behavior of my pupils.
III. Scope and Limitation: Grade VI pupils, Rang-ayan Elementary School
IV. Findings:
Several factors affect the behavior of our pupils. Some of them are the following:
1. Family: The most important factor in the development of good behavior. It
should be the first place where one’s inner life developed through
the parents. With the proper ways of rearing the children a good
behavior developed. It is said that children with good family behave
well inside and outside the home.
2. Community: aside from the family community contributes a lot in the
Development of one’s behavior. Some of our character is
Acquired from other people. Children immitates the artist they idolized. They did what
Their idol do.
3. Environment: define as the place where people live. Pupils easily learned what they see, hear and
do. The better the environment is the better the pupils are.
4. Technology plays an important role in the development of one’s character. The more the pupils are
Exposed to this modern technology the more they adopt in into their lives.
V. CONCLUSION:
No two persons are alike. Pupils differ from each other. They come from different families. Different families reared them indifferently. They grow up in different community and environment. It is our duty as teachers to mod them and prepare them to become a good individual.
VII. RECOMMENDATION:
As a matured teacher, I tried several approaches in handling the misbehavior of my pupils. It is my objective to change the attitude and mold my pupil base on God’s prescription. Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child to the way he should go and he will not depart from it.) How?
1. Start your day with PRAYER: Ask God for strength to face everyday’s situation. Ask for wisdom to
understand the misbehavior of your pupils. Ask for guidance for you and your pupils safety in side
and outside. Pray for them.
2. PLAN your daily routine: Make it sure that you always have lesson together with the materials that
you will need for the day. Make them busy provide lots of activity in order to avoid disturbances.
3. Communicate with your PROBLEM Pupils: Communication is very important in ones relationship. It
is the bridge that link the gap between two individual. Inform your pupils what you want for them and
listen to what they say.
4. INFORM/VISIT PARENT: Informing and visiting our pupils are one of our obligations as teacher.
Remember it is not only us who wants the best for our pupils, most of all the parents are more
interested to have the best for their children.

WOW ,WHAT A MA’AM
Mrs. Amelita M. Joaquin
One of the toughest job I ever know is teaching. Once you become a teacher and enter the world of teaching, you are not only performing the work of being a teacher, But you are also taking the risk of being a nurse, engineer, psychiatrist, scientist, judge most of all a mother. In short, once you become a teaher you are like an instant “Superwoman”. Single profession with so many task to perform. It’s great, isn’t it? But how?
Here are some tips for us to think about.
First, teach our pupils to be Physically Alert: it is our responsibility as a teacher to help our pupils to be physically alert in every situation of their lives. Help them to be an independent and stand at their own feet.
Second, teach our pupils to be Emotionally Alert: the values that we inject in their minds in our everyday’s lessons and the examples that we show are their guides in order to be aware of others feeling. Learning by doing.
Third, teach them to be Spiritually Alert : As a teacher teaching what is good and right in the sight of the Lord is one of the greatest learning that we can give to our pupils. It is their tools and guide to become a good citizen of their community.
Fourth, teach them to be Financially Alert: When we give the best teachings to our pupils, we can assure them a good job. A good job offers good finances. Teach our pupils to live on what they have, teach them to learn to prioritize things, save for the future and share their blessings to others.
Lastly, teach them to be Intellectually Alert: All the learning that we teach are the instruments that they can be used as they leave the school and move on the next stage of their lives.
Isn’t it great when at the end of the year, someone will come and say to you Ma’am thank you for my success, or even when a prent come to you and say, Ma’am thank you for my child’s
Victory.
WOW, It’s great to be a Ma’am.

KARANASANG DI MALILIMUTAN
Ni Gng. Amalita M. Joaquin

How Important is Income-generating Project in Every School?
By: Riza P. Lomboy
TIII-Calabalabaan ES
Fund sourcing is a problem to support any school schools' activities. The success of any school activity depends on the availability of the funds to make it possible. Conceptualizing an income-generating project is not new to most public elementary schools. It is said to be the common means to generate funds for the school activities in line with the DepEd 0rders and memoranda. The school organizes different activities from which they could earn money to support the improvement of the school facilities.
A more practical source of school funds is to generate it from the available resources in the community. Thus, this income-generating project is very important. Along with the rapid increase in number of poverty fighting programmes, unfortunately, there have been made many non-viable and incorrect assumptions about how to remove poverty or what to do about it. Many people in power (directing poverty reduction programmes) have agreed with those incorrect assumptions, and actions based on them may contribute to the continuation of poverty rather than its reduction. tant in every school. Most people instinctively understand this concept: after all, in the end an asset is only worth the income it produces for you, right? But what most people don’t understand is you don’t have to start off a multi-millionaire to begin accumulating income-generating assets. In fact, starting early in accumulating these income producing assets just happens to also double as the quickest and easiest way to achieve a high net worth, especially if you reinvest all your excess earnings into other assets rather than spending them.
