Lunas
sa Lagnat na dengue

Nais kong ibahagi ang aking natuklasan mula sa isang kaibigan na ang anak ay gumaling kamakailan sa sakit na dengue. Ang kaniyang anak ay nasa kritikal na kalagayan sa ICU ng ospital dahil ang platelet count nito ay bumagsak sa bilang na 15 kahit 15 litrong dugo na ang naisalin sa kaniya.
Labis na nag-aalala ang aking kaibigan kaya’t kung sino-sino ang kaniyang pinagtanungan upang mailigtas sa karamdaman ang kaniyang anak. May isa siyang kaibigan na naghatol na painumin ang maysakit ng katas ng dahon ng papaya at tunay nga naman,mula sa bilang ng dahon ng 45 matapos masalinan ng 20 litro ng dugo, ang bilang ng platelet nito ay tumaas sa 135 pagkaraang mainom ang katas ng papaya,sa labis na pagtataka ng mga doctor at narses na gumagamot sa pasyente. Makaraan ang dalawang araw, ang kaniyang anak ay nakalabas na ng ospital, at dahil dito hiniling ng aking kaibigan na ipalaganap ang magandang balitang ito.
Mga paraan sa paggawa at paggayak ng katas ng dahon ng papaya:
Kumuha ng dahon ng papaya, linising mabuti gamit ang malamig na tubig, ibalot sa malinis na katyaat pigain upang makuha ang katas nito. Tinatayang makakakuha ng isang kutsarang katas mula sa dalawang dahong sapat na para sa isang taong may sakit na dengue minsan sa isang araw . Ipinaaalalang hindi dapat pakuluan upang manatili ang bisa nito, gayundin tanging dahon kahit napakapait pero kailangang kainin ng maysakit, at ito ay tunay na nakakagaling!
Maaring ang balitang ito ay inyo nang nalaman ngunit nagagalak parin akong ipaalam na ang katas ng dahon ng papaya ay likas na lunas sa dengue. Dahilan pang marami na ang dinadapuan ng dengue kaya dapat itong ipamahagi sa lahat.
Ang dahon ng papaya ay napakadaling hanapinat napakainam kung ito ay makagagaan sa paghihirap ng maysakit ng dengue.

Unpleasant Study Habits & Remedies

It is very important to know unpleasant study habits that may cause problems in the academic performance of our children especially teenagers.
1. Studying with friends
Something you may lose out on quality study time by socializing. Find one good study-buddy if you like group studying. But if everyone wants to study together just says “no “ to it.
2. Too much music or noise
Noise and music interfere with the teenager’s brain ability to comprehend new information. Difficulty in focusing on the material at hand. If you want music in the background, find a specific type that works well for you. When no lyrics, then it is more easier to focus on the words on the paper in your hand.
3. Bad Environment
Quality time can be affected by poor study environment. Test out different sites until you find the best place for you. It make your room, your bed, your best friend’s backhouse on even library. After finding the best place for you stick with it.
4. Studying while riding in a vehicle
Reading on a train, bus or car going to work or school find it pleasant by some other people. But this is not necessarily for intense studying. Use this only for light studying, such as review, repetition and memorization. Avoid using this time to learn new information.
5. Eating
When you are full during studying it can disrupt retention of material. Avoid eating too much it can also take too much time away. Keep a small bag of snacks on your study place.
6. Working in your Bed
Bed can also sooth you to sleep instead of studying. Sit at a desk in your room instead of on your bed. Avoid study on your bed late at night, as this well tempt to fall asleep.
